Purchase Control

Purchase Control

Especially in purchasing control, many people generate numbers. This creates a huge number of confusion. However, at the end of the process, nobody is interested in these numbers.
Too many key figures keep you from focusing. Loss of motivation, numbers mislead your target production strategy.

Recommended procedure:
1- Setting institutional goals.
2- Deriving purchasing goals.
3-Description of key figures for measuring targets (5-6 goals max)
4- Clarification of data sources to determine key figures. (for example ERP).
5- Clarification of key products.
6- Determination of target values.
7- Creating a report.

Purchase control means more than just indicators. Purchasing control is more than drafting key figures. These can only change when the planned measures come into effect.
